Of course, after all that meat (and chicken skin) we had to end the meal with a bowl of rice. This was garlic rice with a spicy broth and lots of meaty mushrooms. Great way to finish off a protein-induced coma, with a huge bowl of rice! But spicy rice that made my lips numb and raised my body temperature a little bit is ALWAYS welcome!!
