a couple of weeks ago a had an intense craving for pasta… even though i’ve been trying to watch it - i’ve learned you should listen to your cravings and not ignore them. i sure listened to this one!
claire robinson’s spinach carbonara
this yummy recipe has a slight healthy twist. i used whole grain linguine and LOTS of fresh spinach… but i’m sure the crispy bacon, tossing the steamy pasta in the bacon grease and the parmesan/egg based sauce didn’t help! :)
