White cheddar, sun-dried tomato, onion and smoked gouda mac-n-cheese from The Southern Mac & Cheese Truck Tough decision to figure out which mac to order, but this selection satisfied my mac & cheese craving to no end.   $5 might seem pricey, but you get a whole plastic container FULL of mac - so it’s ultimately more than worth it.  I’m just going to leave this here… mmmmmm
