Anonymous asked: are all Chicago deep dish pizza crusts like Ginos? I liked the pizza itself but I hated the crust!

Hi anonymous!  Great question!

Most of the deep dish crusts are similar to Gino’s, but not exactly the same.  It’s surprisingly common for people who aren’t used to Chicago pizza to not like the deep dish style.  I always recommend that people try the buttercrust from Lou Malnati’s… it was a game-changer for me.  :)
