"Food Paparazzi" →
Chef Grant Achatz from Alinea says “they’ve paid for the meal, so they think they can do whatever they want with it.”  Ummmm… yeah, we most certainly can!  If I want to take a picture of my food, who are you to stop me?  And if you do - I surely won’t be returning to your restaurant.

WatchWatch
I decided to shoot a quick video of my nouno (godfather) and dad untying and butchering the roasted lamb.  My nouno is hacking with the cleaver and my dad is unraveling the twine that held the body together, since it was gutted for some margheritsa soup and all.  Turn up the volume to hear the background music that adds to the atmosphere of a nice Easter lunch in the backyard.  :)

A Kalofagas Greek Easter 2010 →
This is a link to one of my favorite blogs - kalofagas.  It translates to “good eats” kinda.  He’s Greek, he’s an amazing cook and you should follow his blog if you don’t! Here is his Greek Easter feast feature… I would have loved to join his family’s celebration!  :)
